The Mortgage Assistance Program (MAP) helps keep households at risk of foreclosure in their homes. MAP loans are issued for amounts of up to $25,000. The Mortgage Assistance Program is administered by Sustainable Neighborhoods, LLC, an affiliate of the Center for New York City Neighborhoods, on behalf of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
