Application for 5th Annual Holiday Decorating Contest Resident Homeowners of Crown Heights North (from Eastern Parkway to Pacific St., Franklin Ave to Albany Ave) are invited to compete in a holiday house decorating contest.
Applications must be received no later than December 15th. Only one application per address accepted.
